General:

I. Please fill out a form!a. Paypal onlyb. If you have multiple commissions then please fill out multiple forms!II. The reference you provide at the start of the commission will be the one that is used! If it is changed at all during or before starting (ex. The link is directly linked to an avatar and if you change your avatar the reference changes as well) the one I end up seeing as I start it will be the one I will use.a. Be sure to use static links and images to guarantee the outcome!b. Also it’s important to clarify from the beginning what you want your commission to be before I have to start it.c. If you don't have anything clear in mind and receive progress images please communicate clearly if you would like any changes made. I welcome any suggestions!III. Please use images when suggesting poses for higher copy accuracy, you can use text but if it’s vague I’m going to draw what I think you meant.IV. You will be updated with images along the way one rough line-art, one rough line-art with flat colouring and one good line-art with/ without the flat colours, for bigger commissions. ( The colour at this stage depends on how far along I’ve gotten and am comfortable with edit wise this is mostly for larger commissions only)a. At this point you can ask me to make edits to the lines or the colours, but once it’s in the render phase or finished it's difficult for me to adjust it. If you want edits once it's all wrapped up edits will cost $5 per edit, with a maximum of two.b. However if we discussed a change and I didn’t remember to do it, the edit will not cost anything!

Payment and Refunds:

I. ALL PRICES ARE USD.a. For refunds screenshot your payments/confirmation page.b. Just in case technology dun messed up.II. Half the cost upfront!a. This is the best for both of use really, since nothing for me is risky if you back out, and all is risky in case I back out.
b. Speaking of which, it hasn’t happened, but if I back out/ can’t do your commission you will be refunded most of the upfront money (As there are deductions and fees taken out of it by paypal.)c. You will receive a screenshot from me of the return just in case of anything!d. However if you decide after I’ve gotten started on it that you not want it there will be no refunds on the upfront cost. (Please make sure you want it before ordering and set money aside for it.)III. I will send an invoice once your commission is finished of the remaining cost. You will have four days to pay it AFTER WHICH you will get the completed artwork, unless you’ve e-mailed me about something happening which would cause the due date to move back.a. If the payment has not been made no artwork will be provided.IV. Absolutely no refunds if you’ve already received your artwork~! As there is no real way for me to confirm that you’ve given it back without saving it or using it for anything already.

Use:

I. You’re free to use the image as an icon, signature picture, profile picture, on your OC website, a poster in your room if you print it, etc.a. If you need to use it for Commercial use (twitch/ Youtube/ Facebook Mascot, Website banner art, to be printed on products etc, please let me know pricing is different.b. DO NOT CONTACT ME AT ALL IF YOU INTEND ON USING MY WORK FOR N/F/T/S. I do not support them at all and do not wish to participate. Thank you.II. You may not resell the image/make multiple copies for sale on, websites, in person, stores, etc.a. Or submit it to contests either.b. This starts to fall into rights/commercial use territory and I would kindly ask that you contact me.III. All I ask is that you do not reclaim your received commission as your own piece.a. Giving credit where credit is due is important.b. Don’t remove the signature or date on the image c:IV. You may not repost it to DA as there is already a favourite function. However if you would like to repost it to Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest or other image sharing sites, I ask that you include a link leading back to the original. Please and thanks!
